We were over the moon to finally be able to launch Bew Dogs with an intimate party at The Captain Cook, pet-friendly venue in West London. As you can see from the pictures, we were overwhelmed with guests, both pooches and their owners and everyone loved getting a sneak peak of some of our products.
The pub put on a lovely spread for the human guests, whilst pooches were treated to delicious, home baked and personalised woof bones from Pawfect Little Barkery – and boy did they go down a treat! Of course, everyone was well watered too.
Our product showcase went down particularly well and we were beyond excited to finally be able to share all the products we’ve been working on for almost a year with real live people and pooches – and receive some genuine feedback! In particular our cute cable knit jumpers, pastel rope leads and matching rope collars were big hits! And of course, what dog doesn’t love an (almost) indestructible dog toy. There was also a lot of interest in our earth friendly, biodegradable poop bags – no one wants to run out of these!
It was especially great for us to meet some wonderful local business owners, specialising in the dog world, including local groomers, dog walkers, event hosts and even a puppy yoga business (check the bottom of this article for links to all their sites for further info). And of course, Amie our photographer specialises in working with dogs and as you can see below, she did an amazing job giving all our woof-guests their own mini shoot.
We picked up so much great advice and ideas and can’t wait to share our future plans with everyone soon.
Head over to our Bew Dogs Instagram page and check out our highlights for lots of candid footage from all our guests – we hope everyone that was able to join us had as much fun as we did!
