Bew Dogs is an independent, dog-loving brand, created by pooch owners who were inspired to make stylish pieces for our beloved pets at reasonable prices. We are based in West London but deliver across the UK. Bew Dogs comprises a small but dedicated team and we spend all our time researching exciting new products for city dogs, connecting with our community on socials and ensuring our customers are 100% happy with everything they order! We care about Mother Earth as much as we do our Bew Dogs, and strive to provide you with environmentally-friendly products wherever possible.

How do i check the size of items?

Each of our wearable items have individual sizes which are detailed on the product pages. We provide measurements so that you can ensure the item you are ordering will suit your Bew dog. PLEASE DO CHECK individual pages as sizing varies per item, depending on the material and shape etc… our stylish cable knits are stretchy and do have some give in them, for example. Other items – like our puppy-grows – are suited to Bew pups and small doggos.

Each item has its own individual sizing and a small jumper is not equivalent to a small harness for example, so it is always best to measure your pooch for each item separately.

Where do you ship to?

We ship everywhere in the UK and offer flat rate shipping, from £1 to £3, second class royal mail, which is the most affordable option. The cost of shipping is detailed on individual product pages and corresponds with the size and weight of the item.

If you’re visiting our website from outside the UK, and would like us to send an item to you anywhere else in the world, please send us an email and we’ll calculate the shipping costs for you.

What are the postage options?

Our postage options (by Royal Mail, Second class 2-4 days) are:

📮 large letter i.e. Collars: £1.50

📦 Tracked 48 parcel i.e. bundles: £3.30

The postage of each item is detailed in the product description. If your order includes more than one item, the postage will default to the biggest item.

Or get FREE delivery if you spend at least £40 (after discounts and promos).

Please make sure all address details are correct when ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery.

HELP! My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

We do everything in our power to get items out quickly…. just check our reviews! Unfortunately, whilst quite rare, Royal Mail can sometimes have delays or other issues outside of our control.

Shipping can take upto 4 days during more normal times, so if you have not received your item yet and you believe that you should have done… please send us a quick email with your order number and address, so that we can look into it for you.

Are your products eco-friendly?

All our products are designed to be stylish, durable, pet-safe and eco-friendly. For example our poop bags, as well as looking fetch, are fully biodegradable. All our packaging is 100% recyclable and we urge our customers to recycle or reuse where they can.

We also recently added an “eco-friendly reduced packaging” option at checkout, which is really popular with our customers and means we’ll send your products naked.

We’re always striving to make our brand more eco-friendly, so if you have any suggestions about this, we’d love to hear from you!

YES – we are very pleased to be able to offer our Bew Dogs products for wholesale. Please send us an email and we can send you our wholesale catalogue and current prices. There are a couple of different options for Stockists, so it is always worth getting in touch so we can have a chat about your needs.

I can't find the item or size I want, what should I do?

A bit like us humans… dogs come in all shapes and sizes. Bew Dogs has been created for hounds about town and we’ve tried to ensure we can stock all the sizes to cater for this.

All our collars and harnesses and fully adjustable and we have a great track record at providing harnesses for difficult to fit breeds, including dachshunds, frenchies and chihauhaus.

If your size is out of stock… or you have a very large breed dog, send us an email and let us know as we’d love to make sure future product lines cater for your Bew Dog’s needs.

Whether you are a prospective customer or have already placed and received an order from us, we want you to be fully happy with your Bew Dogs experience. Can I return an item?

Yes, of course – we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases and offer a returns policy. All items can be returned to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange, should you change your mind, so long as they are still in perfect condition and unused. If you would like to return something, please just drop us an email to discuss it.

All our orders are quality-checked individually by our small but expert team before dispatch. Therefore, we hope that all items arrive exactly as you would expect them to. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong en route and if there is a problem with any of your items when they arrive, please contact us straight away sending the details (pictures can be helpful) so that we can discuss this with you and fix it straight away.

We are a small start-up business, so please do check carefully the measurements of items before ordering, and feel free to send us a message if you are unsure. Fulfilling orders and dealing with returns is costly to small businesses, so we ask you to bear this in mind when considering if you need to make a return.
