How do I choose the right size?

To choose the right size, measure your dog’s back, neck and chest (girth) with a tape measure. Then compare those measurements to the sizing guide on the product page. Since each product can fit differently, it’s important to check each size guide at the bottom of the product page before ordering.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is £3.65 or FREE for all orders over £20 in the UK only - automatically applied at discount. Express orders & international orders are more - calculated at checkout.

Can I return an item if I need to?

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in perfect condition. If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind or for cosmetic reasons (such as minor creasing from packaging), return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll arrange a resolution. Minor cosmetic variations, such as light creasing from packaging or transit, are not considered faults and do not affect the function of the product. In some cases, we may offer a goodwill exchange at our discretion.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Do you offer wholesale or stockist options?

Yes, we do offer wholesale/stockist opportunities and are stocked in a number of stores in London and the South East. Please contact us with your enquiry and we’ll send you the details.

Are your products suitable for puppies or will my pup grow out of them too quickly?
