How do I choose the right size?

To choose the right size, measure your dog’s back, neck and chest (girth) with a tape measure. Then compare those measurements to the sizing guide on the product page. Since each product can fit differently, it’s important to check each size guide at the bottom of the product page before ordering.

What shipping options are there?

We offer tracked delivery as standard. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its progress. If you need a rush order, please email us and we will try and accommodate this.

What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived, please check your tracking information first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate and support you.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in perfect condition. If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind or for cosmetic reasons (such as minor creasing from packaging), return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll arrange a resolution. Minor cosmetic variations, such as light creasing from packaging or transit, are not considered faults and do not affect the function of the product. In some cases, we may offer a goodwill exchange at our discretion.
