Get your tickets now to Bew Dogs' exclusive in-person event, our Dog Christmas Party Bonanza on Sunday 15th December, in dog-loving Barnes, West London! We're set for a pawsome session filled with festive delights and the chance to meet us, our CEO dogs and brand reps, and some other amazing local dog owners. In addition to a Bew Dogs stand with the opportunity to try on for size, we'll be joined at our dog Christmas party by amazing hand-picked local businesses: Pet Buddy and Artemis for some last minute Christmas shopping plus an amazing human baked goods stand to keep the pawrents happy!
Upgrade your ticket for just £10 to include a Christmas mini photoshoot for you and your pooch with amazing dog photographer Ylenia, with the option to use our Christmas backdrop, and photo included in the small price.
We are suggesting medium to large breeds for the 10.30am session and small to medium breeds for the 1pm session - but session time is your choice! Each session lasts two hours.
Included with each ticket is the following:
-meet with Santa Paws and his special elves + photo opportunity
-unlimited Christmas dog treats & hydration stations
-mini Bew Dogs gift bag on arrival-one free raffle ticket to win a Bew Dogs walking bag & harness (extra tickets £2 each)
-off-lead time for dogs to play, once the session begins
-meet the Bew Dogs team in person, including our CEO dogs and some of our amazing rep team
-discover some amazing, hand-picked local businesses
-Bew Dogs products available to see in-person, try on and purchase
-purchase a festive drink from the bar while we bring the Christmas soundtrack.
Tickets to our Christmas Dog Party are priced at: £16 per adult; £5 per child; dogs are free! Photoshoot is just £10 extra and includes a free high-res image, you only need to select one photoshoot per family (additional images will be available for a small fee). Add an additional raffle ticket to your order for £2.
Venue: Barnes Sports Club, Barnes, London SW13 9QL. Free parking is available on the street outside.
Terms and Conditions for our dog christmas party. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
- For £10 photoshoot upgrade, one high resolution image (digital) of choice is included in the price. Additional images will be purchasable at £10 each. All digital images will be shared after the event.
-Dogs must be supervised by their owners at ALL times, including during "off-lead" times.
-Dogs must be up-to-date with pet insurance, vaccinations, flea and worming treatment.
-Owners should only let their dog off the lead if the dog is confident and friendly with all other dogs. Any dogs seen by the event organisers or venue staff to be aggressive or otherwise badly behaved will be asked either to be kept on the lead, or to leave the event, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
-All owners must clean up any messes after their dogs immediately.
-Tickets are non-refundable (although change of session sitting may be possible depending on availability)
-The venue hosts different events therefore the kitchen is NOT allergen free, and the event organisers and venue accept no liability for illness relating to food or allergies.
-Every effort will be made by the venue and organisers to ensure the safety of all attendees and dogs at the dog Christmas party but owners are ultimately responsible for their own and their dogs behaviour and safety. The venue , staff and organisers accept no liability for any damages, loss, costs, injury, claims or expenses of any kind howsoever arising, out of in connection with the event, attendees and their dogs.
-We reserve the right to cancel the party, for any reason. In the very unlikely event that this happens, all ticket holders will be fully refunded.
